Removable (Demountable) Barriers

Removable Stop Log flood barriers are engineered to provide similar levels of protection to permanent flood defenses, but with the advantage of being fully removable when not required.

These simple yet efficient flood barriers slot into fixed channel posts and can be supplied for virtually any configuration and length, with flood protection heights of up to 13ft.

Drop Down Barriers

When not in use the drop-down automatic flood barrier is unobtrusively located above the head of the opening, ready to be lowered at a moment’s notice.

Automatic sensors can operate the barrier with rising floodwaters, or with push button operation for complete control. Direct drive electric motors smoothly and precisely lower the barrier in to position and firmly lock it in to place to form an efficient, dependable flood defense.

The barriers work on dead level thresholds and require no excavation or civil works to install.

Lift Hinged Flood Gates

Our Lift-Hinge flood gates utilize a unique ‘raise-swing-lower’ mechanism and do not require recessed ground channels, raised ground beams or ramps, making them ideal for vehicle entrances and especially suitable for forklift or wheelchair access.

Swing Hinged Flood Gates

Our swing-hinge flood gates are ideal for openings where there is a step or ramp. The aluminum construction results in a lightweight and easy to use gate that provides full flood protection.

Flood Proof Doors

Our range of Secure Flood Proof Doors are watertight whenever they are locked, and due to their steel frame and construction they are able to simultaneously operate as security doors. Flood doors can be clad with a variety of finishes so that the door becomes part of the building aesthetic, rather than as a post-construction add-on.

Flip-Up Barrier

In order to provide unrestricted access to pedestrian and vehicle entrances, the flip-up flood barrier is fully recessed in to the ground when not in use.

They can be activated by a push button, automatically triggered by sensors, or operated manually. Flip-up flood barriers can rise up to provide flood defense heights of 6.5ft as standard and lengths of up to 40ft. Multiple systems can be linked to create a flood defense run of almost any length.

Pivot Gates

Convenience and rapid operation make our pivot flood gates the ideal flash flood defence or spill containment barrier. They remain out of the way when not required but can be rapidly deployed when needed. They provide permanent flood resilience.
